Sanjeev Vohra, CIO Forum Leader, Genpact

Sanjeev is leading the CIO Forum in addition to his core role as Genpact's chief technology and innovation officer, where he develops Genpact's technology strategy and roadmaps. Sanjeev scales our advanced technologies and AI capabilities, oversees technology acquisitions, infuses AI into all client solutions, and fosters a culture of innovation. He works closely with Genpact's clients, partners, business leaders, and employees to create future-ready solutions that generate business value and growth. He previously spent over 20 years at Accenture in a variety of roles and takes pride in his knowledge and accomplishments in supply chain, manufacturing, ERP, and digital transformations.

Dr. Alfred Sanders, CIO Forum Program Leader, Genpact

Alfred oversees CIO Forum events, thought leadership, and relationship management. As a partner in Genpact's consulting practice, he spearheads the design and execution of organizational, process improvement, and automation programs. Alfred helps Genpact's clients achieve operational excellence, strategic alignment, and competitive advantage. His experience spans partner and managing director roles in the consulting industry and teaching positions in various MBA programs. He has presented at over 40 industry conferences and authored numerous articles on digital transformation.
