About the program

We believe everybody should have the opportunity to develop new skills and boost their employability in India. In collaboration with the Government of India's flagship skill development program, we are meeting this critical need through the Genpact Apprenticeship Program, India.

 

The program offers graduates skill-based training, learning sessions, and an invaluable opportunity to gain hands-on exposure to the corporate world. You’ll be involved in identifying and resolving on-the-job challenges that build your learning, growth, and confidence.

 

The program focuses on developing five core areas that are crucial for success:

 

  • Communication skills
  • Leadership skills
  • Time management
  • Analytical skills
  • A growth mindset

What's in store for our apprentices?

Our 12-month training program builds capabilities and enables apprentices to enhance their skillsets.

 

  • Relevant, practical exposure: The curriculum is designed in collaboration with the Government of India, creating a framework that offers both  theoretical and practical experience. This equips apprentices with essential skills for their professional journeys        

  • Insights from business leaders: Subject matter experts will share their experiences and offer mentoring to participants

  • Support and guidance:  Continuous support is available from our apprenticeship training team

  • Earn while you learn – You will be paid a stipend for the training period as per government norms

  • Government certification:  On successful completion of the apprenticeship program, you will receive a certificate from the Government of India[1]

  • Genpact certification: Eligible apprentices will receive a certificate and participation letter from Genpact

  • An opportunity to join Genpact – Once you’ve successfully completed the apprenticeship program,  and based on the business requirement, you may  get an opportunity to join Genpact as full-time employee[2]

Who can apply?

We welcome applications from candidates who have graduated within the past five years and have 0-12 months of experience.

 

We do not accept candidates with post-graduate degrees, such as MBAs. Furthermore, individuals who have completed or are currently registered in an apprenticeship program with another organization are not eligible to apply.
