John M. Hinshaw is the former Group Chief Operating Officer of HSBC Bank. Prior to HSBC, John held executive roles at The Hewlett-Packard Company, The Boeing Company, and Verizon Communications.

As an accomplished business and operations executive, John brings to Genpact extensive experience leading and transforming organizations in a wide range of industries including Financial Services, Aerospace, Technology, Telecom, and Food & Beverages.

In addition to Genpact’s board, John serves on the board of directors of Sysco Corporation. He previously served as a member of the boards of directors of the Bank of New York Mellon Corporation from 2014 to 2019 and Docusign, Inc. from 2014 to 2020.

John holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in computer information systems from James Madison University and is a graduate of the G100 next generation leadership program.
