Pieter van den Goor is CEO of Genpact Germany and leads growth for the mid-market segment in Europe.

With nearly 30 years of experience across IT, technology, and business services, Pieter has built a distinguished international career, living and working in five countries while driving transformation and growth for global enterprises. In his current role, Pieter leads Genpact’s growth in the German market and Europe’s mid-market segment, helping clients accelerate their digital and AI-led transformation journeys. 

Since joining Genpact in 2004, Pieter has held progressive leadership roles across Europe, including in Finland, Germany, and Hungary. His career spans client relationship leadership, global account management, and business development, culminating in senior executive positions overseeing large-scale growth strategies for industries such as manufacturing, services, and high-tech. As Senior Vice President of Manufacturing and Services, Pieter guided global client relationships, enabling enterprises to achieve consulting, digital, and business process transformation. Earlier, as Vice President of Sales and Client Relationships for the Nordics, he established Genpact as a trusted partner across multiple industries in the region. 

Before Genpact, Pieter honed his expertise in the technology sector with Nokia in Finland, where he served as Senior Manager in Service Delivery Management, and with Compaq Computers in Ireland, where he led IT support teams. His career reflects a consistent track record of enabling operational excellence, nurturing client partnerships, and leading cross-cultural teams to deliver measurable impact. 

A trusted advisor to executives navigating complex change, Pieter is known for his strategic vision, deep expertise in digital transformation, and ability to bridge technology with business value. His passion for building high-performing teams and fostering innovation continues to make him a key enabler of Genpact’s global growth story.
